- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

4.1 Course Cancellation
- If Aronia Academy cancels a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course materials, contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
5. No Refund After Access
- Once you have accessed course materials, including videos, documents, or software, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
